Refund Policy

At SHOPWISE HUB STORE, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

We accept returns and offer refunds on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.

Please note that certain items are non-refundable, including but not limited to sale items, personalized or custom products, perishable goods, and digital downloads. Shipping costs are also non-refundable. If your order included free shipping, the actual shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at support@shopwisehub.store with photos of the product and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, either by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund.

To start a return or refund process, please contact our support team at support@shopwisehub.store. Include your order number and a brief explanation of the issue. Do not send the item back without first contacting us, as we may provide you with specific return instructions.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the returned item does not meet our return policy requirements.
